The unit is a well finished townhouse, in the secure Flamingo Park Townhouse complex, in Langebaan.
Close enough to experience the buzz, yet far away enough to relax
It is a quaint modern self-catering apartment with an open plan kitchen, running into a spacious furnished living room.
There are two carpeted bedrooms, which sleeps 4 people, and accommodates 2 additional people (sleeper couch).
There is a bathroom & shower, and outdoor veranda with braai facilities, as well as adequate parking available.
COMPLEX RULES:
Maximum of 6 persons per unit including children.
No excessive noise after 23h00.
No swimming after 22h00.
It is essential to relax and have fun while on holiday at Flamingo Park :)

AttractionsFlamingo Park has an enclosed pool facilities available within the complex.
More importantly there is a braai facility available next to the veranda.
There is Sunny park nearby for the kids that consists of trampolines, pool tables, waterslides, go-karting & much much more (kids really love this)
There are plenty of restaurants available within 2 minutes walk, with loads of quaint shops just waiting for your perusal.
The beach is around the corner for daily walks, and tons of water activities available, from jet ski hire & kyaking to kite-surfing & wind surfing.
It is a great area to unwind in, yet close enough to restaurants, beaches and shops to have a hassle free holiday.
There is a laundry opposite the complex with banks and shops down the road. There is the Club Mykonos Casino for those keen on a little gambling, sailing or dining,
as well as around the corner from the famous Strandloper Restaurant
and naturally for those keen to go fishing there is game fishing and beach fishing available for those with permits. May your memories be as happy as your holidays
